 Blaise P. Javet
Blaise P. Javet, CFA, Founding Partner, Swiss citizen. Blaise has more than 24 years in Investment Management. Held senior positions at large Institutional Banks including UBS. Blaise is a member of the Association of Investment Management and Research, now renamed CFA Institute, and has been approved by the FSA as Director of a London based FSA regulated firm. He has been active in private equity investments since 1992, focusing on due diligence, analysis and financings on behalf of investors. In 1996 Blaise founded his own investment firm. Blaise brings expertise in valuation, deal sourcing, transaction structuring, financings and investments monitoring. Blaise graduated from Geneva University, majoring in political sciences.
 Bachar Kouatly
Bachar Kouatly, Founding Partner, French citizen. Bachar is an active entrepreneur and private equity investor, having executed and managed a number of investments in private companies over the past 10 years. Co-founded in 2000 the leading French open source software distributor, subsequently selling the company to Red Hat (USA). In 2002, initiated a significant investment in Central Europe based Meridian Bank which in 2005 was acquired by a leading French bank. Bachar also acted as a consultant to multinational groups, and recently co-led an international consortium comprising APAX and SOROS funds. Bachar contributes an unparalleled international network in the public and corporate spheres, and focuses more particularly on deal sourcing, hands-on strategic assistance to investee companies, and investments exits. Bachar is also a competitive chess player, having been the first French player ever to achieve International Grand Master level.
 William E. Saarbach
William E. Saarbach, Special Advisor, French citizen. A corporate finance professional for 17 years, previously a director of Citibank N.A. Central Europe, and head M&A CEE Europe HSBC-CCF Bank. In 1998,William co-founded TriStone Partners, a London and Prague based investment advisory Group active in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and structured financings. William originated and lead the execution of multiple corporate advisory mandates, including acquisitions, disposals, and restructuring, on behalf of some of Europe’s largest (€ 40bln +) industrial and services groups, European and US private equity and LBO investment funds, as well as privately held companies. Over the course of his investment banking career, William transacted in the UK, French, German, US, Central European and Iberian markets. William also actively manages private equity investments, having provided growth capital to several European companies, subsequently assisting their management over strategy and funding, and leading them through significant institutional financing rounds. At Vencorp William focuses on investment due diligence and portfolio companies corporate finance strategy, including further financings, acquisitions and disposals. William graduated from IEP Paris (Sc. Po), and holds a MSc. Econ. From the London School of Economics
